When one steps through the graceful archway of Conrad’s Steakhouse, they
step into another world—a world where the food is superb, the service
impeccable, and the setting magical. From the elegant marbled floors to the
oak wood paneling, from the fresh roses on every table to the cozy center
grille, Conrad’s offers a dining experience so unforgettable guests will
bring their family and friends back again and again. Appetizers hot and
cold whet the appetite, including everything from seared diver scallop
cerviche to roasted quail “Saltimbocca,” from Beluga caviar Mallosol to wild
mushroom risotto, from blue lump meat crab cakes to scampi portabella. Soups
include lobster bisque “Citronelle” and warm plum tomato gazpacho, along
with the traditional French onion soup. Follow that with a salad with
locally grown baby greens, or perhaps a wilted lobster medallion salad.
Entrées such as braised monkfish osso bucco or rosemary-broiled salmon
fillet will attract the seafood lover. For those who want only the finest
beef, there’s buffalo steak or slow-roasted prime rib. Or for those with an
even more discriminating taste, there’s tournedos of ostrich, or perhaps
braised medallions of New Zealand venison. Reservations are suggested.
