  Racing Adventure's Tour Policies & Conditions
  Reservation Submittal: To request reservations for a Racing Adventures Tour, a completed reservation form, listing all names of attendees in group may be submitted by any group member who is over 18 years of age and authorized by the other members of said group to represent them, in total, agreeing to abide by all tour conditions and requirements in effect at time of application.

Race Cancellations & Delays: Racing Adventures is not responsible for race cancellations, inclement weather delays, trip delays or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event a race is cancelled or delayed, Racing Adventures will attempt to make additional reservations at the customer's expense if the customer so desires.

Responsibilities: Client(s) accept and agree that Racing Adventures and/or Rick Kratt will at no time be held liable for any injuries, up to and including death or dismemberment; lost, damaged or stolen goods or property; or delays and/or additional expenses arising through an act of strike, negligence, performance failure or default of any independent or third party service supplier(s) beyond reasonable and direct control of Racing Adventures.

Race Track, Pit Tours & Passes: Race sanctioning officials set rules for pit and track access. Racing Adventures and their client(s) are subject to, and must follow any pit and/or race track rules in effect, at all times.

Race Tour Photos: Client understands and agrees that any photos taken by Racing Adventures remains the property of Racing Adventures and may be used at any time, for any reason, in any media, and without any further permission of the client.

Payment & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to book any race package. Full payment is due 45 days before the event. If you reserve a package 45 days before an event, full payment will be required.

Prices: Race, lodging and event ticket prices are subject to change at any time and without further notice.

Tickets & Travel Information: Tickets and Final Travel Information will be sent out 2 weeks before the race. Tickets do not get issued from the track until a few weeks from the race. This is to prevent counterfeit tickets.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and only by person representing the group. Cancellation date is the date when written cancellation is received by Racing Adventures. Charges for cancellation based on receipt date will be as follows:
More than 45 days before departure: 50% of total price.
45-15 days before departure: 25% of total price.
14 or less days before departure: No Refund


Reservation Understanding: Receipt of deposit constitutes full understanding, agreement and consent to the terms and conditions listed above.
  If Racing Adventures cancels an event you will be given a full refund.
